RTI-Modul in MCS08AWxx

I use the RTI-Modul for the MainLoop without interrupt, that means I check the RTIF and clear it with write to RTIACK.
Does the RTI continue to run without clearing RTIF rsp. clearing RTIF e.g. 100usec later -> -> RTI is not interact from the moment of reading RTIF and clearing it as fare this will take place before the periodic wakeup timer has timed out the next time.

Hi Truk,

I am having difficulty understanding your question, but the following statement might clear it up anyway.

The timing of reading the SRTISC and the subsequent setting of RTIACK has no bearing on the timing of the generation of RTIF. The clock runs regardless.
