I was using a mc9s08aw16cfue but then recently had to change to mc9s08aw32cfue to get more memory/flash. Using PE s08 loader tool, I select the correct s8p file for the s08aw32, but it fails to load program to micro. The s8p file I was using for the s08aw16 is hc9s08aw16a while the file for the s08aw32 is s08aw32. Any clues to what I am doing wrong here?
Which tools you are using? P&E Multilink or Cyclone Pro?
In addition, just remind, MC9S08AW16A is different part with MC9S08AW16, 16A is enhanced verison, some periphrals in AW16A are newer version than AW16.
