Their difference are ROHS compliant and MPQ Container. "E" represents ROHS Complaint and "R" represents REEL container. CDWR: Without ROHS Compliant,  Container is RAIL CDWE: ROHS Compliant,  Container is RAIL CDWER: ROHS Compliant,  Container is REEL

seems not very clear for me from the Datasheet about partnumebring but the last letter is about RoHs compliance.

E ist for Pb free, but R is not listed. The rest of the MCU should be equal.
