MCU Pin Variants

I'm trying to use processor expert to generate code for an MC9S08AW60 application, and one of the set up screens asks about pin variants.

For example, MC9S08AW60CFU - what are these and where can I find the one applicable to my demo board...?

CFU is C - commercial temperature range (40C-85C), FU is 64pin QFP package.
