Hi @anandhram1988,
The differences between the S08SH, S08SG, and S08EL are as follows:
S08EL includes the SLIC peripheral, which supports LIN 2.0 and SAE J2602 protocols. It also features 16 interrupt pins and up to 512 bytes of EEPROM.
S08SH features the MTIM peripheral, has only 8 interrupt pins, and supports a ganged output option that allows a single write to change the state of multiple pins simultaneously.
S08SG is similar to the S08SH in terms of pinout, tools, and software compatibility. However, it offers a wider range of package options.
Best regards,
Pablo
