How long is the recovery time of MC9RS08KA4 from stop mode to run mode?

based on the datasheet point 3.11 page 21, typical wakeup time from Stop is

t_wakeup = 100us if IREFSTEN =0 or

t_wakeup = 86us if IREFSTEN = 1
