Can't init device hci0: Connection timed out (110)

I'm am working with imx93 board in Linux 6.6.52

I have used below  commands to enable BT interfcae

modprobe moal mod_para=nxp/wifi_mod_para.conf
modprobe btnxpuart

hciconfig hci0 up
Can't init device hci0: Connection timed out (110)
and Im getting error like this

Is there any error message during the boot up? Is the driver loading correct?

e.g. is the path of the firmware incorrect? are the gpio pins for controlling the chip is properly?  

What is the setup in your board device tree?
