MKL16Z128,Two I / O ports are set as output function, and a diode (1N4148) is connected between the two I / O ports. It is found that the I / O port corresponding to the cathode is set at low level, and the other anode is set at high level, which will cause reset. Is this normal?

To help you further could you let me know the following information. 

• Which I/O pins have you tested? 
• There is no other circuitry related?
• Current draw by the diode
• Do you have a custom board?
