Creating bootable SD for Linux on iMX28 EVM

I am running the mk_mx28_sd as described in 5.1.3.1 of the users guide. I am able to determine my SD card is /dev/sdb via the method described. However after removing the card as instructed and running ./mk_mx28_sd /dev/sdb it does nothing (no prompting) and just returns immediately to the shell prompt.

I think I am missing something obvious but at a loss to see it right now. Any pointers would be appreciated.

TIA

Hi Matt,

One more thing that helps is to support mmcblk.

I've fixed the script you shared to support this kind of device as well.

Pls find attached the new file.

Regards.

Rogerio Nunes.
