Hi Gan Wei
A unique MAC Address is programmed by NXP into the internal Flash and is what is used by default by the stack.
ZPS_u64AplZdoGetIeeeAddr ()
This function obtains the 64-bit IEEE (MAC) address of the local node.
Returns: 64-bit IEEE/MAC address obtained

We also provide a Production Flash programmer tool which can be used to program MAC address one time into the specific flash location.

JN-SW-4107 Utility for loading built applications into JN51xx devices in a production environment. For details, refer to the User Guide JN-UG-3099.

Sorry If this is an old post and If should make a new one.
Regarding this question, How do I access the device's extended address value without the zigbee stack?
In essence, I want to be able to read aExtendeAddress and other MAC constant values from my program.
(For example JN-AN-1174)
HI Mario:
This problem has been resolved
thank you very much
Regards
