Hi all,

A. From the processor (MC8640TVU1067NE ) the bus address (BA) signals is not coming as per expected. Those lines is directly going to DDR Ic's only. because of those signals Bsp flashing is not happening what could be the reason processor or DDR Ic's. Actually we are using 4DDR Ic's so all DDR Ic's won't go bad at a time. please suggest me to to find out faulty Ic, one more thing all input signals which need to go for IC is reaching fine.

B. From DDR ic (part number: mt47h128m16hg-3it:a) data out line's is coming less voltage. According to data sheet of that IC the out voltage should be 1.6 to 1.8v but IAM getting 1.2v. The reason might be DDR ic only or processor only.

Hi phanikumarkorlapati‌,

This is SW community providing support for MATLAB related toolboxes. Unfortunately we do not have anything in our tool-bag to address your requests. My advice is to get in touch with NXP's Support via ticketing system in order to have your question routed to the appropriate team that might address your use-cases:

Hope this help!

Daniel
