LS1021A thermal diode

Hi,

LS1021A datasheet says that TD1_ANODE and TD1_CATHODE pins are reserved, but these pins are used in LS1021A-IOT schematic and they have "Connect to temp sensor" recommendation in QorIQ LS1021A Design Checklist.

Is the internal temp diode completely defeatured in LS1021A ?

Factory engineering team replied they are adding the temp diode support in the LS1021A family to be in-line with other LS1 device family. The next rev of data sheet will include the information on the Temp diode.
