LS1021A thermal diode - documentation discrepancy

Hi,

Why have the latest LS1021A Reference Manual (rev.2) changed the status of the TD1_ANODE and TD1_CATHODE pins from "Reserved" to "Thermal diode anode / cathode", provided that the internal temp diode is completely defeatured in LS1021A?

I am designing a new LS1021A based board now.

When the next DS revision is expected to be released?

Would you please comment that obvious discrepancy between the last factory engineering team info and the previous one?

We made decision to return back the information about temperature diode to our LS1021A documentation.

This done "to be in-line with other LS1 device family", i.e. because the information about this diode is present in other LS1 family devices documentation.

For this moment we do not have an information when the next revision of LS1021A device datasheet will be released.

Factory engineering team replied they are adding the temp diode support in the LS1021A family to be in-line with other LS1 device family. The next rev of data sheet will include the information on the Temp diode.

The temp diode is also connected on our TWR-L:S1021A boards.
