Hi,
when I start my project for FRDM KL43z in KDS, in Debugger configuration it's everything OK, but when I want debug second or third time, my port setting disapear and I get error No Device Available. To solve this problem I must everytime restart KDS, which is quite annoying.
Does anyone know in what could be the problem?

Please make sure to terminate the first debug session before launching a new one.
I'm able to reproduce what you mention if I try to launch a new debug session when there is one already running:
