It is important for us to solve your issue and very helpful and quick should be just that screenshot,
which can show us the right way.
We cannot report it as "bug" because we cannot recognize the issue.
Actually we don´t see the problem.
Before KDS updates it works well?
Please, try to clarify us procedure of that.
