RT1061 is used in our project.Recently we want to use the OTP function.I have a few questions as below.

1.All OTP space that can be used is shown in the OTP Memory Footprint?

2. Which part can be free used for our own software? It seems that some are used for special purpose

Thanks for you reply.According to the datesheet, some area is for special use,for example, the rom patch.

I just want to use the area that doesnot affect other functions. Can you give some suggestion?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
In the Fuse map, it doesn't demonstrate the area (0x830~0x870), in my opinion, this area likes the reserved area. Customers must not attempt to burn these.
If you want to store some data in the Fuse, you can program the value to the General Purpose fuse registers.
Hope it helps.
Have a great day,
TIC

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) All OTP space that can be used is shown in the OTP Memory Footprint?
-- No, the shadow registers don't reload to the value of all OTP space.
2) Which part can be free used for our own software?
-- It's able to manipulate all OTP space.
Hope this is clear
Have a great day,
TIC
