iMXRT1170 and Random Number Generation(RNG)

Hi,

I am using iMXRT1170 EVK board. I want to know the RNG support for this.

1. This processor have any FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certification, which are the modules covered by this certification?

2. Is there any reference example code for RNG?

You can refer to the caam example in RT1190 SDK. SDK_2_11_0_MIMXRT1170-EVK\boards\evkmimxrt1170\driver_examples\caam

The symmetric key is generated at random, using CAAM's RNG.
