Regarding a way to improve efficiency on MU example, there is no way to do it, due to the performance-wise, using the MU is that kind of slow since it is sending byte per byte through the Messaging Unit interface to the another core, so probably RPMSG-lite can be a copy-less communication mechanism, making it very fast and it can also send as many bytes as needed in a single message.
