MCIMXRT1170EVK REV C4 can not recognize serial.

Hello. 

I have checked the following steps  on my MCIMXRT1170EVK REV C4 board.

Getting Started with the i.MX RT1170 Evaluation Kit | NXP Semiconductors

But, mbedWinSerial driver installer could not find a serial device, and stopped at "Step 2.5 PC Configuration".

Is there any way we can help?

Thank you for a nice advice.

I solved my board problem by replacing the USB cable.

The reason why the serial port was not recognized on my PC was the USB cable.

At this step 2.5, after installing mbedWinSerial_16466.exe, its expected result should be to see the following in the windows 10 device manager:

After this step, you can flash a HelloWorld project to the board and use the serial port tool such as Tera Term to connect to the board for viewing:
