IMXRT1050-EVKB REV B1 Debugging

I've new IMXRT1050-EVKB REV B1 EVK and trying to program or debug with a new firmware. But when I'm trying to connect its debug port J41, it's not showing any J-Link device in my PC device manager instead it shows Portable device "RT1050-EVK". What can be the reason? How to fix this issue so that I can start debugging in MCUXpresso with this board?

I couldn't find quick start guide specific to this Rev B1, most of the documents are related to Rev A1.

Could you please provide me the links of latest OB debugger firmware of J-link for this EVKB-MIMXRT1050 REV B1. And quick start guide of this particular EVKB REV B1. The main issue is that all information provided on websites is related to REV A1, but there is huge difference in REV A1 and REV B1. No designator match between these two. All jumpers and connectors are named differently in REV B1. I think if I want to update the debugger firmware of this revision then I'll get one for REV A1 which I suppose will not work correctly.

For updating the onboard LPC4322-based debug probe firmware, there is no distinction between Rev A1 and Rev B1 boards. The update process is tied to the onboard debug probe itself and uses the same LPCScrypt / AN13206 method across i.MX RT10xx EVKs equipped with this probe.

The main differences between Rev A1 and Rev B1 are related to hardware reference details, such as Jumper numbering, Connector name, Silkscreen designators...

Therefore, for correct board configuration, I recommend following the Hardware User’s Guide for the corresponding EVKB revision, together with the schematic.

1:The onboard debugger is not a native SEGGER J-Link by default.
The EVKB onboard debug interface is typically CMSIS-DAP

2: Please make sure you are using the correct SDK for your development board.
Since you are using the IMXRT1050-EVKB, you need to download and install the corresponding SDK package from the following link:

3:Please also check the boot configuration (SW7) and power connection on your board.
SW7: The default boot device configuration should be: OFF, ON, ON, OFF
