I am looking to buy Ulink2 programmer?

I am looking to buy Ulink2 Programmer of ARM, the question comes to mind will it work on most of the boards? I want to a debugger which is universal and can work with any board. Ulink2 is in my bugdet, so I am asking this question. I am also looking for Segger Jlink as a universal debugger. Or there is another option in these regard?  

   Also, will Ulink2 will work i.mx 1020 board?

According to the Keil page, ULINK2 supports:

as long as the RT1020 is a Cortex M7, it does support this chip. you can find more information in their web page:
