How to use Freelink Interface?

On MIMXRT1160-EVK board we have USB-JTAG converter - LPC4322JET100. May I use it in my project? If yes - where can I download a bin, srec file to burn the chip?

1160 is not listed up to now, but 1170 should be the same:
