Hello NXP Team,
We are facing issue with multiple boards where we are using MIMXRT1064 microcontroller. The board will be working fine but randomly doesn't boot-up after power cycle. When we connect J-link segger debugger and try to connect we are seeing below response from j-link commander.
We are able to recover the board by changing the boot mode to serial downloader mode. As this issue is random and persistent in many of our boards we need to resolve asap.
We have verified power-on sequence of our board and it is ok also we have changed the pull-up resistor of boot-mode pins from 4.7Kohms to 1Kohms but the issue is not solved.
Kindly assist us this the case how we can assure that the issue will not show-up in our end product.
