why MLO is not required in freescale

Hi,

               why MLO is not using for the i.mx6

           AS i know MLO is used to load u-boot into dd r ram in that case i.mx6 boot rom code consist ddr ram? or  where does u-boot is copied. how it loads the kernel.?
