power connection problem on imx6Q chip

[1] If we don't use the USB host function on the imx6Q chip, does it damage the chip even if we don't apply 5V to USB_H1_VBUS? In other words, if I don't use the USB function of the IMX6Q chip, do I not have to connect any USB_H1_VBUS pins?

[2] The datasheet states that the back voltage should not be leaked,  but if the external power is leaked through the IO port before the main power is applied to the imx6Q chip, the IO voltage is measured and it is about 0.4V. Does this damage the chip?

[1]: Please refer to Table 2-21. Recommended connections for unused analog interfaces of IMX6DQ6SDLHDG.

[2]: It is not recommended to power the processor's IOs without powering the processor. It may damage the IOs and its internal circuitry.
