peg plus open GL support

I have ported Peg Plus to my hardware which is using the Vivante OpenGL stack.  How do you get the screen driver function, RefreshCompositeSurface, to be called?  It looks like it is called via a PM_OPENGL_REFRESH event, but I am not getting any of those events.   Any ideas on how to enable the PM_OPENGL_REFRESH events?  Also, I do not have an l32scrn.cpp file in this distribution.  Does one exist that you could provide?

I installed PegPlus using PegplusWin2_4.exe.
