package installation on pre-built linux

i am new to this board

i want to ask, is it possible to install package like opencv or tensorflow lite to the pre-built linux installed at emmc? if possible can you tell me how to do it?

also it seems i get error when trying the apt-get update

Have a try with command dpkg

in the end i building the yocto from beginning, bc it is easier than using dpkg

but installing package with dpkg really abit troublesome

also can i ask if the pre-built linux on emmc is same as bsp linux on the start guide embedded linux part?
