Hi chipexpert,

I configure the back camera for uvc in init.rc.

Now I use android camera app to test the camera,I can see the image,it will get the error.later image will stop.

Hi mrleo

This could be because the driver fell behind the real-time stream and wasn't

able to keep up.

Try to reduce frame rate or resolution.

Hi chipexpert,

   I found my camera capture image all is Purple. Default  the camera Preview is 640x480 ,ps is 15.But preview images are not normal, the flower screen and changing.

   I change preview fps is 1fps or 4fps or 25fps or 30fps is not resolve preview image.

   I found my custom usb camera have feature have support still image capture,but uvc is not support this feature.

   Also I use c170 camera is ok for my mx6q board,But my custom usb camera is not ok for me.

   What 's the probelm for my custom usb camera? Is it can not support in mx6q android4.2.2 system or linux uvc? Have you can give me some advices?

Have you got answer yet? What is max resolution that your USB camera supports? I bet it is not only VGA.
