mscale_ddr_tool_v210_setup.exe dont open

I load the mscale_ddr_tool_v210_setup.exe for imx8m mini evk.  But I don't install it. my pc is windows10. pc

print "此应用无法在你的电脑上运行"。I also try to running in compatibility mode (Windows xp),but not successfully.so what can I do?
