microphone for MCIMXABASEV1(Baseboard)

Hi ,

I have MCIMXABASEV1 with imx6dl CPU card , I would like to know which microphone is suitable for the above mentioned baseboard.

Please share the suitable links.

Unfortunately i.MX6 processors has no analog microphone input.
However it has SSI interface that supports I2S mode. So you can use to connect I2S microphone.

I agree with you Victor  but as I already mentioned , I have baseboard which has got microphone-in as well as audio-in & out ports.

I connected microphone in the RCA jacks, but am not able to record anything.

As you can see, we don't have a suitable microphone for the jacks which may be one reason for the problem.

Please give a solution for this!

Sorry, I did not noticed you already have the board, not designing it.

No. We have no special recommendation regarding to microphone for SABRE board.
