Thank you for your reply.

It seems that the toolchain is not set correctly.
You can try removing the project and installing correctly the packages described in the same manual for the host.

Also, I couldn't find the part of "make menuconfig" in the manual. Could you explain the reason for building this? Usually, Android complete image is built using the command "lunch".
