kernel freezes at Registering SWP/SWPB emulation handler

Hello,

We are using custom imx6q hardware which has 512MiB DDR. we have modified the DDR registers with calibration values and uboot is booting fine. when i tried to boot kernel it freezes at "Registering SWP/SWPB emulation handler"

U-Boot 2017.07 and Linux version 4.9.74 are not supported by nxp,

one can try from official source.codeaurora.org/external/imx repository:

Thanks for reply  igorpadykov ,

As suggested, I have compiled the kernel and uboot from source.codeaurora.org/external/imx repository and tried booting but still kernel stops after some time in booting process. I also repeated the ddr calibration process and uboot is booting fine. Below is the log with new kernel and uboot:
