i need to interface ip camera with rt1170 processor by using LWIP stack with rtp protocol

Proocessor : mimxrt1170
IDE: MCUXpresso IDE v11.6.0 [Build 8187] [2022-07-13] using on windows not linux
physical layer: rj45 ethernet type
by using above resources i need stream a video if any knows the how to stream video or any tools to analyze the data and as well how can i implement this
can we use embedded wizard? if yes how can i use it or what extension formt of video?
how can i approach to this problem
