imx93 evk peripherals testing

Hi,

I am working with imx93 EVk. Recently i have tested the following pheripherals:
GPIO,ETHERNET,WIFI,BLUETOOTH,I2C EXPANSION,ADC,CAMERA. In the quick start guide i can see some more pheripherals like: 
MIPI DSI,PDM MIC,GPIO EXP,RDPM I/F,CAN,USB2.0 C x2,Audio Jack,M.2 slot (E-KEY).
Can you please help me through the commands or procedure to test these peripherals in the I.MX93 EVK board.

Could you please help me with MQS peripheral in imx93 evk(J1301). what is this peripheral? what is the requirement of this in this imx93 evk board?
