We have a custom board that use a LCD connected using parallel bus. I would like to know if there is a way to change the pins order (which seem to be LSB by default) to MSB, e.g. from Linux device tree ?

Ok thank you. We workaround our issue on the board itself (it's not the final version) using cables.
I think this is going to happens in software but currently the BSP don't have something similar.
