below pins: onoff, tamper0, tamper1, reset and so on

but i do not how to control these

If my understanding is correct, you want to use program to operate misc gpios(output/input/set high/set low) to check whether a pull-up resistor exists. Is that correct?

Hello,

The ONOFF, tamper0, tamper1, reset is not standard GPIO, these io has special function which could affect system running. We don't recommend you use these IO in your program.
