I referred to the following documents of NXP.

(Surround View Application, User’s Guide, Rev. 1, 07/2018)

I purchased and installed all the components of the document.

i.mx8qm mek board u-boot message.

U-Boot 2018.03-4.14.98-2.3.3+gc20c44482b (Jan 10 2022 - 08:39:51 +0000)

CPU: Freescale i.MX8QM revB A53 at 1200 MHz at 32C
Model: Freescale i.MX8QM MEK
Board: iMX8QM MEK
Boot: SD1
DRAM: 5.8 GiB
TCPC: Vendor ID [0x1fc9], Product ID [0x5110], Addr [I2C0 0x51]

Loading Environment from MMC... Run CMD11 1.8V switch

We built a yocto build and SDK to build a surround view application.

However, we encountered the following error, and we are unable to proceed next because we cannot drive the camera.

root@imx8qmmek:~/surround-view-3D_1.1_beta/Tools/CamCapture# ./capturing
Failed to open input device
Failed to open input device
/dev/video0 is no video capture device
v4l_capture_setup failed camera 0

Is it because the camera doesn't recognize it? Or do we need another patch?

Our components used only genuine products from NXP.

regards!! and happy new year.

Possibly your OS (the image you built) can not recognize your camera.
Please make sure you are getting right device tree.

I want to use three cameras to see the front screen like a panorama.

Is there a way?

hi

This problem has been solved.

One OV camera failed and the entire camera was not recognized.

HI,

Did you use surround-view-3D_1.1_beta to get surround view images?
