imx7 ( warp7 ) partition via u-boot -urgent

Hi,

I have a totally blank ( new ) emmc on a custom imx7s board and am urgently trying to find a way to partition the emmc via u-boot. U-boot loads into ram fine and offers the following command which looks like it can do partitioning "mmc hwpartition [args...] - does hardware partitioning". I need to partition and set up boot areas to I can dd on to the virtual SD cards u-boot creates the normal way.

I have no mfgtool availability as fsl has stated that the bitbkake fsl-image-mfgtool-initramfs is not ready in Yocto Krogoth for the Warp7 board yet, hence why I'm not using it.

uboot emmc partitioning is not supported in nxp bsps, one can

post this to uboot mailing list, so that someone familiar with it could try to assist you.
