imx6s: Can determine if DDR data lines are swapped via linux config

I have a commercial reference board (Hummingboard Gate) that the schematic excludes the DDR connections to the imx6.    We are about to make a custom board but we wanted to minimize the software changes.   

1)  What register names control the Data line swapping (Looked in the RM and don't see it in the MMDC or IOMUX )

2)  Is there a way to query the registers via linux to deteremine what our current setup is?

1. example of data swapping can be found in p.4 spf-27392 i.MX6 Sabre SD schematic

there are no special registers for data line swapping.

2. no.

In general it does not matter how data swapping is performed. Just use

recommendations in i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide
