imx6 memtool fail

IMX6Solo, linux 3.14.28

I want to check the ASRC(Async Sample Rate Converter) registers, run:

./memtool -32 0x02034000 1
E
Reading 0x1 count starting at add

The cpu hang up。。。

I tested the other module registers such as AUDMUX, it's OK. Why I can't read out the ASRC registers?
