imx6 camera android application error

hi .
i could drive OV5640_mipi camera on android4.4.2 with this patches .it work good but in camera default android app i have a problem .
this is auto focus problem , video record problem and camera application setting don't performed (such as change camera resolution or zoom ) .all of them don't work on android camera app .
please help me how can i active video record ,change resolution and auto focus on this app and if not possible please introduce me other capture app .
