imx6 - Operating Ranges & Absolute Maximum Ratings

We are using imx6Q sabresd platform for our development with Linux 3.10.17_1.0.0-GA BSP.

We have referred below document for operating ranges & absolute maximum ratings.

  We would like to know, If the chip runs at 1.2GHz then what is the operating range & absolute max. rating of below symbols.
