Where can I get imx27 bootstrap source code which run in imx27 processor?
Our own designed board has something wrong when programming image into flash.

If You mean i.MX27 boot ROM sources - it is not available.

when execute the Bootstrap End Indication Operation, I got the error response(0x88888808), 0x88888888 is correct.
I don't know what the 88 88 88 08 meaning.
