imx25 USB: Full speed only

I want to be able to run the OTG USB port on imx25 in Full speed only mode. What's the best way to do it?

I'm using the on-board UTMI phy.

The reference manual says that:

Software-configurable for full-speed / low-speed interface for Serial transceiver

The only reference I found was bit 24(PFSC) of PORTSCx register.

Is that the recommended method?
