iMX7D, LPDDR2 minimum clock frequency

Hi,

The LPDDR2 memory timings in iMX7D datasheet are explained with CK=533MHz.

The question is what is the minimum supported clock frequency for LPDDR2 (e.g. does it support LPDDR2-400 like EDB8132B4BP-8D) ?

Given that there is no limit specified in the data sheet, it should operate that slowly, provided the clocking can be set for it to operate so slowly. As I knonwn, should be 24M, for EDB8132B4BP-8D, I suggest that you use ddr test to vertify this.
