iMX6ULL DDR3L part number related query?

We are planing to use `Kingston DDR3L part D2516ECMDXGJDI-U. Which has 933Mhz operating frequency range and 1866 data rate speed.

If iMx6ull maximum frequency mentioned 400Mhz and we are going to use 933Mhz DDR3l chip is it ok?

yes this is ok, one can select max. available speed in

ddr script aid, for example sellect 1600 grade for 1866 grade design.

Dear Igor,

 Thanks for your quick reply. So while doing DDR3 calibration I can enter the speed grade of the device(.xls) which used , Like said 933Mhz and i can run the script, It will provide the result going to incorporated in Uboot. Am i right?
