Datasheet have "RGMII I/O supply voltage: 1.14 - 1.5 - 1.9V"
But as i know, some boards with iMX6 have KSZ9021RN ethernet PHY and it have RGMII IO 2.5/3.3V
I can't find datasheet of AR8031 for understanding how RGMII IO supply in development board, but as i know RGMII IO 1.5-1.8V it only for RGMII V2.0 specification but brief pdf of AR8031 dont have RGMII V2.0
What volages can be supply to RGMII I/O?

The new MX6 data sheet on extranet shows RGMII I/O supply voltage range 1.15 - 2.625 V. So, MX6 is very flexible. The supply voltage you use depends on the PHY. With AR8031, use 1.5 V for the I/O supply. With KSZ9021, use 2.5 V on the I/O supply.

hello if i use 1.8V at PHY ,then i should use 1.8V at imx6 ,I want to communicate via RJ45 as pic below.
but i find when i use 1.8V ,the bit of MODE[2] Rxclk should be 1 as pic below.
That is the mode is x1xx,and there is no mode can access 1000M speed。
Am I wrong?What should I do?
Hi David,
I am facing same clock issue with custom iMX6 board where an marvell switch is connected via RGMII.could you please suggest me, how can I configure to increase voltage from 1.8V to 2.5 V on RGMII line from SoC side?.
Regards
Raj
Great!
Thanks!
