iMX535 IBIS Models

Hi,

I require the latest IBIS models for iMX535 (19x19mm). I need this to run simulations for verifying DDR3 signal integrity. Does the iMX535 have IBIS models that include the DDR3 pins with a 120ohm ODT set up?

But couldn't find it there.

Thanks! I am guessing this is the latest available version? In regard to the IBIS models, would you be able to outline the difference between IBIS models that use a "Driver impedance" and "ODT (on-die termination)"? How are these termination schemes different?
