iMX25 - Nand Flash

Hi,

I am using iMX25 PDK. In that CPU there is nand flash from Samsung. When I checked with Samsung site, it is obsolete. In this case, will I get a replacement part from Micron which is supported by ATK tool. If anybody already using a micron part which is supported by ATK tool, please let me know. I can complete my development activity only if my Nand flash is working fine.
