i.mx8mq New board DDR traning fail

i try to run some test feature on my new board with i.mx8mq.

when i use mscale_ddr_tool_v310 to training the lpddr4, 

i can read fail log as below:

"PMU:Error:RxEn training preamble not found"

"PMU:*****Assertion Error - terminating"*****

"[Result]FAILED"

i want to know what's mean about this. 

can i change some value in RPA document to solve this issue?
